Standard porta potty
$125 to $250 a weekend
Rochester, NY
There are two ways to get us moving on a rental in Rochester. Call the phone number this site displays at the top of every page, or send the details through our quote request form. Either route reaches the same people. Tell us what you need, where it goes, and how long you need it, and we can put a real price in front of you instead of a range.
Use the number shown in the site header, or fill out the request a quote form if you would rather write it out than talk it through. The form works better for multi-item orders, because you can list a standard porta potty rental, a roll-off dumpster rental and a run of temporary fence rental in one place without repeating yourself. Calls work better when the job is urgent or the site access is complicated enough that it needs a conversation. If something has already gone wrong on an active rental, say so up front so it gets routed as an emergency porta potty rental rather than a standard booking.
Four things move a quote along faster than anything else: the delivery address, the equipment, the dates, and the headcount. Headcount matters more than people expect, because OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets one toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then one seat and one urinal for every 40 workers above that. ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 adds the servicing side, one unit per ten workers over a 40 hour week with one service visit. If you are not sure how those numbers land on your job, our how many porta potties do I need guide walks through it before you call.
Site conditions are the other half. A standard unit has a base about 44 inches square and stands about 92 inches tall, so it fits almost anywhere, but a luxury restroom trailer or a 40ft storage container needs a straight approach and a level pad. Mention slope, gate width, overhead wires and soft ground while we are still planning, not on delivery morning.

We answer during business hours and work through quote requests in the order they arrive. Complicated orders take a little longer because we check delivery access and service scheduling before quoting. Simple single unit orders usually do not. If your timeline is tight, say the date out loud in the first sentence of your message so it does not get buried under the equipment list.

Rochester and the surrounding Monroe County towns. Our service areas page lists the full coverage map, and individual town pages like Brighton and Henrietta cover local placement quirks. Distance changes the delivery fee, which runs $50 to $150 depending on how far out you are and how tight the access is, but it does not change the unit rate.
Ask anyway. Plenty of the calls we take are people trying to figure out whether they need a permit, which our porta potty permit requirements page covers, or whether a cold snap will freeze a unit, which porta potty in winter handles. Our FAQ answers a lot of it already, and about explains who you are dealing with. When you are ready to price something, the request a quote form is the shortest path from question to number.
